Our Protection Plan protects Prinsu Design Studio manufactured products against loss or damage during shipping. 

HOW LONG DOES THE PROTECTION PLAN COVER?

The Protection Plan covers from the time the carrier acquires the shipment to when the product shows delivery confirmed. All claims must be submitted within 7 days from tracking delivery confirmation. 

TERMS

-> Protection Plans are an optional added service to Prinsu customers.

->The protection plan covers Prinsu manufactured products. It does not cover accessories

    or products by other manufacturers and companies that we may carry. 

-> Protection Plan fees are non-refundable.

-> The Protection Plan is only available on orders placed on the Prinsu website. 

-> Protection Plans are in addition to the Warranties and do not extend the warranties.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM?

Shipping claims must be emailed to our office at [email protected]

and include the following information:

  • Order No.
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Details of damage/claim
  • Photos of damaged products
  • Tracking #
  •  

After submission, one of our customer service representatives will contact you

to work through the process of getting your order corrected.
