We do offer military service men and women a discount of 5%. To receive this discount, please send your identification to our team at [email protected] and they will send you a discount code.
Once you place your order online it gets sent to our Operations office and they go through and enter the order into our system, after which we will email you a SALES ORDER which will be your reference for your order if you need to call in to inquire about it. From there once your order is ready to ship we will create an INVOICE for your order and attach a Tracking number on that Invoice and then email it to you. Once you have received our INVOICE that means your product is shipping that day. From there the standard shipping times will apply depending on how the product is shipped.
We are a small and growing company and many of our products have a lead time to ship due to demand. You will find on our website estimated lead times. Please remember that these are “estimates” and not a guarantee of delivery date. Also keep in mind that many of our products ship out far sooner than the estimated delivery time and roof racks ship out the next day or within a day or two of order placement. If you have a specific need for delivery or time frame to receive your order please reach out to our sales staff for more specific help in this regard.
Once order is shipped, we provide an email to you with an Invoice attached and on that Invoice is the Pro Tracking number for the freight carrier we are using. Once the shipment gets to their terminal that is local to you, they will call to arrange a delivery appointment with you. You will need to be there or have someone be present to sign for the shipment. **NOTICE- it is good practice to inspect the product before signing for it to ensure the product is not damaged, at which would need to be noted on the paperwork before signing for it.
